Introduction:
This talented
and versatile actor can be relied upon to add an extra bit of class to any film,
be it as a romantic lead, a loony-tune bad guy, or dramatic hero. Though famous
for his Cat III exploitation and low-budget movies he has also lent his
charismatic presence to some of the best Hong Kong films:
In Ringo
Lam's stylish thriller 'Full Contact' he plays a gay, psycho gangster called Judge, stealing the
limelight from his friend Chow Yun-fat in the process.
As a cop with a few problems he falls for Kitty (Chingmy Yau) in the loopy
femme-fatal flick 'Naked
Killer'. In
John Woo's excellent 'Nam film 'Bullet in the Head' he's a suave Eurasian ex-CIA agent who helps out the good
guys. And in 'Man
Wanted' he puts in a
powerful performance as the copper destroyed by a revenging former friend.
Just to mention a few of my favourites! There are lots more ....
As you may have noticed I am very honoured that
this site was given 'official' status by the man himself, wah! How cool is this
guy! I can't thank him enough for the time he spent with us during his UK Visit
knowing what a busy schedule he has, and I sincerely hope he likes what's here.
